There are 3 Bowsers in the N64 version. The first is on the second floor, the third is in the basement, and the third is in the corridor that branches from the clock room.

I don't think I've actually been pissed off when I reached the end of a game.
A list of suggestions:
-More options between days
-barricade customization
-character select
-more advanced time system (accord to the game, nobody slept at all)
-more weapons
-assigning found weapons to survivors (but only be able to assign a specified weapon to a single person)
